Service Description

A 2 hour retreat for women to rebalance, regenerate and step back into your power. As a Psychosynthesis Leadership Coach I specialise in bringing creative feminine qualities into modern life. Regenerative change happens from the inside out as I support you to weave and entangle enchantment and joy into your daily life. The session will include some psycho-spiritual theory together with a deepening experience through meditation/movement/astrology/energy practices (which may include crystals, tarot, singing bowls, or mantra) and discussion about our experiences in the session. You will leave the session feeling relaxed, balanced and maybe ready to take a step forward in your life.
