Live Online Yoga for January

Service Description

To encourage and support extending your yoga into a daily practice, I am offering weekly live online sessions. Join me at 8pm for the scheduled Tuesday class via zoom. The session will be recorded, and you can replay it as often as you like during your monthly live online package. Each week your library of flows grow, tailored to the specific point in the season. You select the session that responds to your particular needs each day. Additionally, you get access to my library of meditations. All this in January for just £25! If you have any pre-existing physical conditions or injuries you must consult your doctor before joining this course.
