Not only do attendees improve their mobility, strength and flexibility, the embodiment practice leaves participants feeling more balanced, relaxed, connected, and self-aware. A reconnection to felt sense in the body allows attendees to process feelings and emotions, soothing the nervous system and igniting creativity.

Learn to integrate mind and body intelligence through sessions of self-regulation tools, a combination of mindfulness and embodied movement applied to psychological theories. Attendees learn how to apply their embodied yoga experience from the mat to their everyday life. Taking the inner felt experience out into the world around them. Not only do they become more sensory aware, connected to themselves and nature, they are more balanced, calm, and creative in their response to problems in day-to-day life.

Integrate and embed the yoga and tools learnin to create behavioural change and seed new creative projects in the lives of attendees through Psychosynthesis group coaching. Coaching circles are the place participants will reflect, revisit, develop and embed learning, celebrate successful change, and refine their directions and goals.
